Fantastic kid-friendly activities and beautiful pools

We had an amazing time at the resort! The kids' club was incredibly secure and filled with fun activities, which our children loved. The multiple swimming pools offered a relaxing atmosphere, especially the adults-only areas. However, the beach was not swimmable due to seaweed and sharp stones, which was disappointing for us as a family.

I found the stay enjoyable due to the beautifully landscaped grounds. They created a nice, serene atmosphere, perfect for relaxation. Accessible paths made it easy to navigate around, and there were plenty of seating areas to unwind. The highlight for me was definitely the scenic pool view, ideal for chilling out. However, there were some downsides. More shade structures near the pool areas would be a big help, especially during the hot afternoons. Also, the beds could use some improvement. I didn’t find them too comfortable. Some amenities also required extra fees, which felt misleading for an all-inclusive resort. Overall, great location and vibe, but a few tweaks needed for comfort.

The Deluxe Room provided ample space for our group, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Enjoying the clean facilities and great pool was a highlight. However, dining options often felt incomplete. burgers without fries and tacos lacking salsa missed the mark. Not to mention, the beach wasn't suitable for swimming due to debris and rocks, making it hard to relax. Add-ons like massages and lobster were priced too high, leading to a frustrating experience when all-inclusive should mean worry-free enjoyment.

I came to surprise my mom for her 70th birthday, and we loved relaxing by the beautiful outdoor swimming pool after enjoying a delicious meal from the gourmet restaurant. The spa offered an amazing massage, and the jacuzzi was perfect for unwinding in the evening. The extra costs for some amenities felt a bit much, but overall, we had a fantastic time and would definitely recommend it! 🎉

Amazing family getaway!

We had such an amazing time! Friendly and super helpful staff. The place was spotless. The animal sightings were a big hit, with Coatis and Spider Monkeys hanging around. The food was top-notch at all the restaurants. A little more beach seating would’ve been nice, but we totally loved our stay.

I noticed significant issues with food hygiene, particularly the lack of cleaning utensils which led to cross contamination.

Just a solid selection for a swift visit in Playa del Carmen with good value for cost. The landscaping was beautiful and set a relaxing vibe. Make sure to check restaurant availability early, as reservations seemed necessary.
